Affiliate Manager Required

Due to continued expansion RIV require experienced ADULT Affiliate Manager/Webmaster that has a proven track record. We are looking for someone who has vast knowledge in managing Adult Affiliate Programs and can prepare and achieve measurable results.

Requirements

  • Should have extensive experience in online ADULT marketing and have "Proven Results" that you can furnish. As well as good contacts within the Adult Online industry.
  • Should have trade show experience and have a presence in all the Adult Affiliate Message boards (gfy etc)
  • Should have experience in performing detailed market research and analytical reports.
  • Should have experience in Google Analytics
  • Should have experience in SEO and PPC Campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience in creating an affiliate base, successful marketing plan, and measuring its results.
  • Experience in permission based email marketing with emphasis on tracking and optimization of all relevant statistics (open rate, response rate, etc). And familiarity with any industry standard email marketing software.
  • Experience in tracking software i.e. NATS (TooMuchMedia.com)

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop and maintain our affiliate strategy, monitor all affiliate activities and the affiliate market, negotiate new and existing deals with affiliates and to expand our affiliate program. You will take responsibility for managing a team of affiliate account managers, developing and implementing processes for recruiting, and activating affiliates and ensuring full optimization of the affiliate program. You will be responsible for creating cutting edge marketing material and providing affiliates the marketing and tools needed to be successful. You will have full responsibility for managing spend within budgets and ultimately for maximizing return on investment.

iPhone/Android/BlackBerry Developer

We're looking for a full-time Objective C (iPhone) developer to build and bring to life native iPhone applications for our clients and internal projects/products.
We're looking for an experienced developer that is passionate about pushing the limits with unique and creative interfaces/interactions.

Ideally you'll have extensive experience building web applications in Python, RoR or PHP. We realize a "great app" is only as great as the data it interacts with, and you should too. We really need a Web developer experienced with iPhone development, but it seemed easier to ask for the inverse.

Demos are great, but we expect that you'll have at least a couple applications in the App Store already. Of course, we are big suckers for enthusiastic, passionate and talented; just impress us, we don't really care how. Relocation to Washington, D.C. is preferred, but telecommuting is do-able.

PHP Web Developers

Purpose of Role

RIV is looking for a Web Developer with a combination of strong PHP / SQL experience. The Web Developer will join a team of PHP and front end web developers who deliver high quality software.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing core software components for new websites.
  • Improving our internal PHP tools and frameworks

Essential

  • Extensive experience with object-oriented PHP & standards-compliant SQL
  • Independent problem solving skills, ability to write code that scales well
  • Understanding of how the web works, from HTML to HTTP

Ads Trafficker

RIV is seeking and Ads Trafficker who has a minimum 1 years experience of trafficking campaigns, preferably in-house, to be an integral part of the day to day running of our campaigns. This role requires a passion about the Internet as an advertising medium and you will be a down to earth, pragmatic character who likes working within a great Ad Sales team.

Key deliverables

  • To ensure the smooth set up, management and reporting of all types of online advertising campaigns
  • Working with clients, receiving and acting upon their feedback
  • Monitoring online activity and feeding back to the Account Managers
  • Devising and initiating optimisations to please our advertisers
  • Recommending tracking and data solutions for advertisers
  • Recommending and updating internal teams with the latest ad-serving developments
  • Produce accurate and timely performance reports for internal Last.fm use as well as advertisers
  • Liaising with creative agencies
  • Optimising workflow from the Ad Sales team to the point of trafficking

Experience

Some javascript or HTML knowledge, DSM experience, knowledge of Flash and working with SWF files, would be a strong advantage.

Community Support Manager

Purpose of Role

Foster, support, and expand the RIV community, provide support for the CSM to ensure that RIV provides a first class customer support experience for its users.

Deliverables and Responsibilities

  • Support the community via forums and incident management software
  • Timely reporting of issues affecting the community to the appropriate team
  • Documenting resolved cases in a manner useful for future reference, both internally and externally (e.g. FAQS)
  • Supporting other team members and moderators in moderating user-generated content and community support issues.
  • Other tasks as assigned, such as testing new site features and assisting the Labels and Artists team with resolving support tickets
  • Holiday cover for the CSM

Skills and Experience

  • 3 + years Community/Customer Support experience in an online environment
  • 2 + years experience of Online Community Management in related field
  • Strong technical problem solving skills, familiarity with PC/Mac/Linux operating systems, browsers, media players
  • Flexibility: we move quickly
  • Fluent German/english/italian/spanish

Customer Support Intern

RIV is looking for an intern to join our Customer Support team. This position is a full-time internship for three months, based in our London office.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to enquiries received from members of the community, through support tickets and in the support forums.
  • Capturing and forwarding new support issues to appropriate parties within the company.
  • Documenting resolved cases in a manner useful for future reference, both internally and externally (e.g. FAQ).
  • Investigating and troubleshooting technical problems and escalating these to the technical team if necessary.
  • Supporting other team members and moderators in moderating user-generated content and community support issues.
  • Performing other related tasks as assigned, such as assisting with quality assessment of upcoming site features and software releases.

Requirements

  • Experienced user of RIV with a very good knowledge of our products.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • A positive customer service attitude.
  • Willingness to investigate technical issues and follow through.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision.
  • Good computer software use and basic problem-solving knowledge.
  • Knowledge of at least two of the three major computing platforms supported (Windows, Macintosh, UNIX) is advantageous.
  • Previous customer services or IT support experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with helpdesk and support ticket systems.
